In the past couples weeks, I've been flooded with nail art design inspiration.
I am actually 9 days ahead of my Instagram posting schedule - I have so many ideas, I'm changing my manis faster than my posts!
I didn't think much of this, I figured inspiration comes and goes - that's normal right?
Then someone in one of my nail Facebook groups commented how she has so many polishes, she gets overwhelmed and doesn't know what to use. This got me thinking...
I realized that a couple weeks ago, I sorted through my polishes and stamping plates. I got rid of (or put aside) anything I had duplicates of or that I hadn't used in a while.

This was about the same time that my period of 'divine inspiration' started... but it wasn't divine at all.
Having fewer options and only the products I truly loved freed up the clutter in my mind, and as we know:
CLUTTER KILLS CREATIVITY!!
So if you're stuck in a creative rut, try de-stashing your nail products and see what effect it has...
Sometimes less really is more.
